If something arrives damaged or wrong, include clear photos of the outfit and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery. We prioritize replacements for these.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Pack and send it back<\/h3><\/div>\r\n

Stitched-to-measure, monogrammed, altered or customized pieces, sale or clearance items, and innerwear or accessories like dupattas that have been opened cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item that is worn, washed, or missing its tags is also ineligible.<\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n
\r\n Inspection protocol<\/summary>\r\n
When your parcel reaches us, our team checks that the outfit is unworn, unwashed, has its tags attached, and has no perfume, makeup or stain marks. If everything is in order, we approve your request. If not, we'll contact you with photos and explain what we found.<\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n
\r\n Refund processing times<\/summary>\r\n
Approved refunds are processed within 5\u20137 business days. Prepaid orders are refunded to your original payment method or bank account. For Cash on Delivery orders, we send the refund to your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or wrong.<\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n

You can exchange for a different size or color within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability. If your size isn't available, we'll offer a refund instead. Please note that return courier charges for size exchanges are paid by the customer.<\/div>\r\n <\/details>\r\n

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, message us within 48 hours with clear photos.
