How do I place an order?
Browse the collection, pick your favorite outfit, and choose your size and options on the product page. Add it to your cart, check out, and you'll receive an order confirmation by email and WhatsApp with a summary of every detail you chose.
Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?
Yes, you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, and debit/credit cards. For advance payments, please share the payment screenshot with us so we can confirm your order quickly.
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan. Major cities may receive their order sooner. You'll get a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has a size chart with bust, waist, and length measurements. Compare it with a dress that fits you well. If you're unsure, message us and we'll happily help you pick the perfect size.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. If you receive a wrong size, a damaged piece, or a different item than ordered, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are a lovely choice for birthdays, Eid, weddings, and special occasions. Contact us with the amount you'd like and we'll send the gift card straight to you or your loved one.
Can I order in bulk for events or companies?
Absolutely. We take bulk orders for weddings, bridal parties, events, and corporate gifting. Reach out with your quantity and requirements and we'll share special pricing and timelines.
